EXCHANGE

Exchange policy is applicable within 24 hours from receipt of the piece and applicable only for the following reasons:

Exchange time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from the logistics team or courier partners.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE PROCESS

Note:

  • Send at least 2 images, one of the damaged/defective part and one of the entire product, for us to verify the reason for exchange.
  • Our Quality Assurance team will check the images to verify the eligibility of return/exchange.
  • We will contact you with the Return/Exchange Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request.
  • Once your return/exchange request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the product. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organising a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse.
  • Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse, our Quality Assurance team will check the product and the return/exchange process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it.
  • The piece must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice and any other item.
  • The piece must be unused and in the original condition.

CANCELLATION

Free cancellation will be offered for any reason within 24 hours of placing the order or before receiving dispatch communication.
