Returns, Refunds & Cancelation
Majority of our pieces are delicate handcrafted items that are prone to damage in transit. This limits our options to offer returns. We, therefore, have a no return/ no exchange policy on all our products. We only offer an exchange for the same ordered product on the following terms -
- A wrong piece has been dispatched and in the event that a piece does not match the piece selected during order confirmation.
- If you identify a manufacturing defect on the received piece.
- If the piece is received in a damaged condition.

Breakages
In the case of breakage and any transit damage, please send a picture of the item via Whatsapp to the number mentioned below and it will be taken care of immediately.

Please Note: We will be requiring the original packaging with any foam and cushioning inside for its safe return journey of the item even if it is broken for our reference purpose.
Cancellation
We completely understand our customer’s dilemma during the purchase of items. In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason write to us at assist.pinkgamla@gmail.com or reach us via whatsapp msg at +91 8209178318 within 24 hours of ordering or prior to our dispatch communication and we will be happy to assist with free cancellation.
Exchange Process
- Our exchange policy is applicable within 24 hours from receipt of the piece and applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged piece, manufacturing defect & incorrect piece. The time frame starts from the date the piece was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. Wite to us on assist.pinkgamla@gmail.com or reach us via whatsapp msg at +91 8209178318 (10AM – 5:30 PM) to initiate an exchange.
- Please send us at least 2 images (one of the damaged part and one of the entire piece) of the piece for us to ascertain the reason for exchange. You can send us the images on from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of exchange.
- We will then get back to you with your Exchange Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your exchange request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the piece in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days for organising a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the exchange process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it.
Please Ensure - The piece must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc. The piece should be unused and in the original condition.
Refunds
In case of cancelled orders (within the above-mentioned time frame), the refund will be processed within 2-3 days. Please allow 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your statements.
